Monthly Wodify access to 5 days a week of advance CrossFit workouts. Program includes daily warm-up, 2 days of Olympic weighting and accessory work, 2 squat days, 1 day of upper body accessory lifting, gymnastic skills, 5 met-cons and 3 single modality conditioning pieces.
Online access to Wodify and 3 days a week of running using the CrossFit endurance model.
