Just Fitness CrossFit is a results-oriented, community driven fitness facility. Just like our name implies we offer just fitness. We aim to build a family of like minded individuals while using the CrossFit methodology to aid our athletes in their pursuits for mental and physical well-being. We will partake in 1 charity event each month to further our outreach and establish a community outside our walls as well as deepening our bonds and connections as a fitness family.
A former CrossFit Games athlete, Kaleena has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years. Her passions include coaching, personal training, and spending time with her dog, Stella.
Amie found her passion for CrossFit when she joined her first CrossFit gym in Hawaii back in 2016. After moving to Miami to complete her PhD. she decided to get her L1 to make CrossFit a permanent part of her life.
Malik is a former wrestler who found a passion for fitness & sport at a young age and never looked back. He loves competing as well as seeing someone get their first pull-up!
Fernanda fell in love with CrossFit in 2014, when she was preparing herself for a kickboxing championship in Brazil
A year later, she moved to Miami , and decided to turn passion into a career getting her L1 and L2 certifications.
Carole helps others with their nutrition and how they can live a lifestyle of flexible eating by providing them with their personal meal planning macros based on the goals of the individual.
Tara grew up with a passion for many sports including gymnastics, running and cheerleading. In 2011 she discovered CrossFit and never looked back. When she’s not competing, you can find her coaching and inspiring others to reach the pinnacle of health & fitness.
Higor has been practicing fitness ever since he started playing soccer as a child. He joined the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira, raising his fitness readiness level while serving in the U.S. Army, and becoming the Unit Combatives Instructor. Higor has been teaching Group Fitness Classes since 2012 while he completed his Bachelor's of A
Higor has been practicing fitness ever since he started playing soccer as a child. He joined the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira, raising his fitness readiness level while serving in the U.S. Army, and becoming the Unit Combatives Instructor. Higor has been teaching Group Fitness Classes since 2012 while he completed his Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology. He completed the CrossFit Level 1, Level 2, CrossFit Kids, an Olympic Lifting Technique course, and the AFAA Group Fitness Instructor training. Higor is an active person that loves to connect with clients ensuring they have all the right tools to excel with their personal fitness goals.
