Class Descriptions

justWOD

6 days a week of classic CrossFit workouts. Program includes daily warm-up, 3 days of weightlifting, and 6 met-cons incorporating all energy systems to provide a well rounded fitness routine.

justsweat

45 minutes of non-stop sweat inducing cardio to train the heart, lungs and mind to go longer!

juststretch

A Yoga instructor will lead the class through a 60 minute session. As CrossFit athletes we need flexibility in our joints and muscles. This class will help increase your range of movement in a focused and controlled way. Better flexibility and mobility can then reduce risk of injury and can increase your recovery and performance!

justskillz

This 45 minute class is for those of you looking to get better with any of the different skills of CrossFit. In this class we will focus on the foundations of gymnastics, olympic lifting and even double unders. This is a technique driven class and can be easily incorporated into your weekly workout routine without overloading your body.
