Class Descriptions

justWOD

6 days a week of classic CrossFit workouts. Program includes daily warm-up, 3 days of weightlifting, and 6 met-cons incorporating all energy systems to provide a well rounded fitness routine.

just+

Love traditional CrossFit but looking for just a little more? 5 days a week of advance CrossFit workouts. Program includes daily warm-up, 2 days of Olympic weighting and accessory work, 2 squat days, 1 day of upper body accessory lifting, gymnastic skills, 5 met-cons and 3 single modality conditioning pieces.

justrun

 2 days a week of running and running drills using the CrossFit endurance model.

justsweat

45 minutes of non-stop sweat inducing cardio to train the heart, lungs and mind to go longer!

justaccessories

All access members receive 1 justbooty and 1 justpump workout weekly to compliment the high intensity, full body, dynamic exercises performed in classes. Workout is optional and designed to be done anytime on own time.
