A Yoga instructor will lead the class through a 45 minute session. As CrossFit athletes we need flexibility in our joints and muscles. This class will help increase your range of movement in a focused and controlled way. Better flexibility and mobility can then reduce risk of injury and can increase your recovery and performance!
This 60-minute class is for those of you looking to get intimate with olympic weightlifting. In this class we will focus on the foundations of the clean and jerk and the snatch. This is a technique driven class and can be easily incorporated into your weekly workout routine without overloading your body.
