About Us

Just Fitness CrossFit is a results-oriented, community driven fitness facility. Just like our name implies we offer just fitness. We aim to build a family of like minded individuals while using the CrossFit methodology to aid our athletes in their pursuits for mental and physical well-being. We will partake in 1 charity event each month to further our outreach and establish a community outside our walls as well as deepening our bonds and connections as a fitness family.

Fernanda fell in love with CrossFit in 2014, when she was preparing herself for a kickboxing championship in Brazil

A year later, she moved to Miami , and decided to turn passion into a career getting her L1 and L2 certifications.

With 13 years of CrossFit experience, Josh is a dedicated CF-L2 coach who has completed multiple online and in-person courses to refine his expertise. He believes that everyone is capable of more than they think and that constant improvement should always be the goal. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Josh is committed to helping you push past your limits and achieve your best.
